The Simple 3-Step Process to Build a 6-figure/yr Higher Brain Living Practice

So you’ve got your first couple of clients, but you’ve lost some steam from when you started, and you’re not sure how to actually make a viable 6-figure business out of your Higher Brain Living Practice.

Or, you’ve got a thriving practice, but your time is tapped out, and you’re not sure how to take it to the next level without cloning yourself.

One of the hardest things about being in business for yourself is knowing what NOT to focus on. As a business owner, you’re pulled in every direction, and there are literally endless choices that you can make on a daily basis.

The key to success is this: Focus only on what matters.

When it comes to growing your HBL practice to 6-figures, there are only 3 things that matter.

1. Making offers every single day.

If you’re not making six figures in your HBL practice, let me ask you this.

How many offers have you made in the last seven days? (By offers I mean telling someone about HBL and how it can help their life, and offering to get them in for their first session.)

My guess is not enough. Your income is directly proportional to the amount of offers you make to your market.

Not only that, but your offer must be compelling enough to get a prospective client into your space for their first HBL session.

There are endless ways to make offers. The key is to choose ONE that you are good at and that you will do consistently, and focus your efforts on that instead of trying to do all of them, and doing a marginal job with everything.

A few ways to make HBL offers:

  1. Public Speaking and presenting
  2. Hosting events
  3. Touring and demonstrating
  4. Partnerships (Yoga studios, other holistic practitioners etc…)
  5. Blogging and social media
  6. Paid Traffic

The point is, you need to pick ONE and focus on it. If you try to do all of them, none of them will work for you very well.

By the time they get in the door, they’ve been prequalified, they’ve watched a video on HBL, and they’re ready to get started with their first session.

Choose one way to make offers every single day, and do it CONSISTENTLY.

If you don’t have new prospects showing up at your door every week, you’re never going to grow your HBL practice and help more people transform than you thought possible.

  1. Turning first-time HBL participants into paying clients

Getting someone in the door and onto the table is just the first step. Now, you must develop the sales skills necessary to get a first time participant to say “yes” to an entire HBL package.

How do you do it?

By figuring out what they want in life, and showing them how to get it with HBL. Not everyone is there for enlightenment. In fact, most people are there for ONE reason.


They are experiencing pain in some aspect of their life, whether it’s health, finances, relationships, psychology or energy, and they want to move away from the pain.

If your prospect’s problem is that they have terrible anxiety, and you’re trying to sell them on enlightenment, things aren’t going to click.

Tell them stories about your clients who have eliminated their anxiety with HBL. Figure out what else they have tried to fix their anxiety, find out why it didn’t work and then show them why HBL is different.

Sales is not about you or Higher Brain Living, sales is about showing your prospect that the transformation that they desire more than anything in the world can be facilitated by enrolling in HBL.

You should be asking questions and listening for 80% of the conversation, and talking for 20% of the conversation.

And of course, we do use sales tactics in Automatic Clients to incentivize participants to make a decision on the very first session instead of saying “let me think about it, I’ll get back to you, can I pay session to session?”

  1. Keeping your clients happy

To really grow your practice you need repeat business and you need referrals. This means keeping your current clients happy enough that they want to come back for more, and providing REAL transformation so that the people in their lives take notice and say “what’s different, how are you doing this?”

It helps to provide your current clients with “free intro session” cards to hand out to their friends. I’m putting together some of these right now for my HBL clients who are enrolled in Automatic Clients.

And that’s it.

If you have a steady stream of new prospective clients coming in the door each week, you know how to turn those prospects into clients, and you know how to keep them coming back for more while bringing their friends with them, then you have the recipe for a 6-figure HBL practice.

What does that really look like?

To make $10k/month, most of you need 4 new clients/month. If you close 1 in 4 prospects on an HBL package, that means you need to have 16 new intro sessions a month to hit your $10k/month goal.
